Abstract: The basis of the legal protection of resource security isits relative laws, which have four main characteristics, which arefoundational, divergent, comprehensive and of long-term socialbenefits in view. The coordination mechanism of the legal protectionof resource security with its relative laws meets the needs ofthe sustainable development of the economy, society and environment.It also facilitates and is facilitated by the modern transformationof the legal system in China, and upholds the legal systemas a logically self-perfecting entity. Furthermore, this coordinationbears scientific feasibility.
