基于企业文化的国企政工工作创新对策研究
【摘 要】近年来,人们生活水平明显提升,对精神文明建设方面也有了更高的要求,原有的国有企业管理模式难以满足当下人们的生活需要,若是不加以有效调整,将会对其今后发展造成严重影响。政工工作,作为国企与员工相互联系、沟通的重要桥梁,其工作重要性不言而喻,应结合企业发展现状加以创新,保证工作实效性。论文结合实际情况,对基于企业文化的国企政工工作创新对策进行详细分析,以期为今后开展的相关工作提供借鉴与参考。
【Abstract】In recent years, people's living standards have been significantly improved, and there are higher requirements for the construction of spiritual civilization. The original management mode of state-owned enterprises can hardly meet the current people's living needs, and if it is not adjusted effectively, it will have a serious impact on its future development. Political work, as an important bridge between state-owned enterprises and employees to contact and communicate with each other, its work importance is self-evident, should be combined with the development status of enterprises to innovate, to ensure the effectiveness of work. Based on the actual situation, this paper analyzes in detail the innovation countermeasures of the political work of state-owned enterprises based on the enterprise culture, so as to provide reference for the future related work.

1 引言
在国民经济中,国企占据着重要位置,是加快社会经济发展的重要力量。随着新经济体制的确立,市场经济呈现多元化发展,为适应这一变化,国企纷纷开展各项变革,谋求更大突破。政工工作也需要适应国企的整体发展步调,结合国企长期发展过程中形成的独特企业文化,不断创新,为企业今后稳步、可持续发展打下坚实基础。因此,联系实际分析基于企业文化的国企政工工作创新对策是十分必要的。
