胃肠间质瘤的临床诊治

证实化疗和放疗有效 ［6］ 。本组患者均未进行放化疗。目前存活最长的达3年，7例患者均在进一步随访中。术后复发主要在肿瘤原发位置、腹膜以及肝脏。预示预后不良的因素Brainard等 ［7］ 认为最主要是肿瘤的大小和核分裂像。
