对比不同剂量罗哌卡因在腰椎间盘突出症手术麻醉中的应用效果

[摘要] 目的 探讨不同剂量的罗哌卡因在腰椎间盘突出症手术麻醉中的应用效果。 方法 整群选择该院2014年10—12月间进行腰椎间盘突出手术的患者75例，随机分成3组，每组25例，均选择硬膜外麻醉，分别给予不同剂量的罗哌卡因。 结果 A、B、C 3组感觉起效时间分别为（4.42±1.06）、（2.30±0.81）、（2.14±1.10）min，P<0.05，差异有统计学意义。 结论 浓度为0.75%，用量为15 mL的罗哌卡因是腰椎间盘突出手术中的最佳剂量。 
　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the application effect of different doses of ropivacaine in the operative anesthesia of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 75 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from October 2014 to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into three groups with 25 cases in each， all patients selected？epidural anesthesia， and were respectively given different doses of ropivacaine. Results The onset time in the group A， group B and group C were respectively（4.42±1.06）min，（2.30±0.81）min and（2.14±1.1）min， P<0.05， and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The concentration of 0.75% and dosage of 15ml is the best dosage of ropivacaine for the operation of lumbar disc herniation.

　　为了探讨不同剂量的罗哌卡因在腰椎间盘突出症手术麻醉中的应用效果，确定临床上适用于腰椎间盘突出手术罗哌卡因的最佳剂量，该研究的相关人员通过整群选取该院骨科2014年10—12月间收治的75例患有腰椎间盘突出症的患者，观察和记录在腰椎间盘突出手术中实施硬膜外麻醉时各组患者用不同浓度的罗哌卡因的实际临床应用效果，得出了腰椎间盘突出手术罗哌卡因的最佳剂量，也为相关研究提供了参考依据，现报道如下。
